The day was pretty good. I was back in the DJ Chair for the first time since my surgery, I was having dinner with some good friends and I had ordered a personal favorite to eat. Then my day kicked into high gear. Without knowing it I had ordered the manager's special for the day! My dinner cost me a whopping $5 - Woo Hoo! It was one of those meals that made me love the old fashioned restaurant/diner that is increasingly sparse on the landscape of today's eateries. I'll take the less fancy to get the good price, I can't find an appetizer for $5 at ZTejas. If you're in Utah, drop by a Dee's restaurant for that old fashioned food service I love so much, and if you're in California, try Spire's Restaurants for similar flavor.

It's My Lucky Day!
