Incredible Experiences

I've been thinking lately of some of the incredible things I've been lucky enough to do in life.  As a youth in the Church of Jesus Christ (LDS) we had Boy Scouts activities as well as church sponsored outings.   Here's a sampling of my participation:

- Kyacked the Snake River (Wyoming)
- Biked Slick Rock (Moab)
- Visited the studios of KSL & KTVX
- Toured the State Medical Examiner's facility
- Learned the physics of petroleum distillation at an oil refinery
- Visited numerous State and National parks
- Camped in more than 20 locations around Utah, Idaho and Wyoming

All these experiences happened because of great men who spent their time and energies to give me the opportunity.  Thanks to them, I had all these experiences before the age of 18. If you or someone you know would like to enjoy similar activities,  and I hope you do, contact the Boy Scouts of America and/or a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
