Pappadeaux's has been a Houston mainstay for years, but amongst those who run in the SkyWest circle, it's a relatively new discovery that we take advantage of whenever we're at George Bush Intercontinental. They have a gourmet lunch buffet featuring blackened salmon and rice pilaf among other creations. It's quite well priced to bring in the airport traffic so we take advantage of a great meal when we can. Emma seemed to like ol' Pappadeaux's too, perhaps it will become a family mainstay as well.
