The Great Ingram Adventure:
Trip-A-Palooza - Day 1

We started today what has ended up becoming a whirlwind of a trip. We'll be following mom around Texas for a week, then spending about a week in Disneyland while mom works in L.A. Today we caught a Continental (CO) flight to Houston. It was the first time I had flown on mainline Continental, and the first time in an MD-80 for three years. Mom ran to her meetings while Emma and I grabbed the bags and checked into the hotel. We're staying in the Airport Marriott, a simple train ride between the terminals. I've stayed with Hannah in this hotel before and I it's one of my favortie Marriott's. It has a rotating restraunt upstairs, and nice pool and great grill with a breakfast buffett. The best part of this hotel lies in the great room we got, we're on the northside and have a great view of all the Sky West Brasillia's parking on the tarmack as well as planes taxing by, I've see 777's, 737's, ERJ's, and a 757 was parked for some kind of maintenance. Very cool! The Houston Bush Intercontinental Airport Marriott page.
