Wait, wait. First of all the article states "The study can't specifically be linked to diet soda as a cause." So despite some indicators, nothing is absolute here.

Considering that 31% of the 163 heart attack victims who drank diet soda equals 50 people out of 2500, I'm not sure how much weight can be placed on this at all.

Sounds like media sensationalism to me.

Exposing bias: I love diet soda. Love it more than regular soda.

Oh, by the way, I still give my kids acetaminophen and ibuprofen, don't drink wine even though it's supposed to be good for your heart, and continue to roll my eyes at every new medical shocker in the news.

Sweet potato fries are awesome, but adding that item would be fundamentally opposed to In-N-Out's streamlined business model.  I wouldn't plan to see it on the menu, and would hope that, at least, In-N-Out doesn't add it.
